Acceptance of Terms

Subscription and Payment

• No refunds or credits will be provided for partial periods of service or unused portions of paid subscription periods if you cancel your subscription.
• Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid-up term.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time, but will provide at least 7 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
• Price changes will only apply to subscription periods commencing after the price change goes into effect.
• Current subscribers will maintain their existing price through the end of their current subscription term.
• You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or no longer available.
• If a payment is not successfully settled, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sounds, music, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and documents, is the exclusive property of Gold Restock Alerts or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Services.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, you acknowledge and agree that:
